Angel is a multi-disciplinary and self-taught motion designer and video editor from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. In 2011, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Film, TV, and Cinematography. He grew his career in the field of online news and journalism, providing post-production services in graphic design, motion design, and video editing for social media publications and campaigns. Past projects range from taking political science video explainers from concept to execution, visualizing data and statistics, to crafting social media content for various brands.

In 2018, he received both a Webby Award and People's Voice Award for Mic's Lighting Black Faces in HBO's "Insecure". Past clients include Netflix, Axios, USA Today, The Huffington Post, Meredith, The Recount, Mic News, IMGN Media, and HubSpot.

Current tools includes Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Procreate, Maxon's Cinema 4D, and Redshift, for services such as video editing, motion systems, presentations, template creation, 2D and 3D graphics design, logo and title design and animation, branding, style guides, and post-production.
